- Measurements provided by customers are the customers responsibility unless taken by our staff.

- Custom-made products are final sale unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

- Orders are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.

4. Pricing & Payments

- Payments accepted are cash, bank transfer or cheque

- We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed

5. Deposits & Cancellations

- Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun

- Custom products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing starts

- Installation appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance

6. Installation Services

- Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

- We are not responsible for issues caused by hidden structural problems, wiring, or plumbing behind walls or frames.

- Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of installation.

7. Warranty

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty details will be provided upon request or with your purchase.

Warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper cleaning

- Alterations made by anyone other than Blind Elegance Sudbury

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

- Custom orders are non-refundable

- Defective or incorrect items will be repaired or replaced where applicable
